Mármoles Gades: ”The Proliner machines we have are a fundamental part of our production process!”
Mármoles Gades, from Cadiz, in Spain, is a manufacturer and installer of marble and stone for all types of applications. They work daily with different materials such as Silestone, Quartz Compac, Dekton, Neolith, Laminan, Macael Marble, Compac Marble, and Granite, among others. They happily decided to go for the Proliner Stone package and Isabel López explains why:
“We currently have two Proliner machines that are used in our daily work and they are a fundamental part of our production process. We have considerably shortened working times, increased our precision, and minimized the risk of errors. All the information can be sent directly to production from the client’s home if we wish.
Due to our way of working, the meeting point is always at the customer’s home. From there, we finish the drawings, including the digital templates of plates and sinks already included in the Proliner library. Once the work has been finished on-site, it is passed to the technical office where we use Prodim Factory software to complete the designs. This allows us to use our materials as efficiently as possible.
The Proliner’s easy handling helps us work much faster and get more out of both our materials and machinery. A single workshop worker can use up to 3 cutting machines for the work that has been previously done with the Proliner.”
